All of This Little Love’s products are made to order specifically for you. It allows us to provide you with many colour options and customise to your specific requirements if need be. Because of this, we have a strict returns/change of mind policy so that there is no wastage and costly changes.

BY PLACING YOUR ORDER WITH US, YOU AGREE TO OUR T&C’S, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS POLICIES AS OUTLINED BELOW.

We want you to be totally blown away with your purchases. If for any reason you’re not and you need to send something back to us, here’s what we can do:

 

EXCHANGE

We will happily exchange your goods if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase.
If you wish to exchange your items, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase. You can do this by emailing orders@thislittlelove.com.au, or calling 1300 600 886 within office hours (Mon, Weds-Thurs: 10am-3pm) and quoting your order number.

– Goods must not have been opened, used, or damaged by yourself prior to return.
– Goods to be exchanged must have the ‘returns’ slip filled out and received prior to the replacement item being sent out.
– For change of mind exchanges, return postage to This Little Love is at the expense of the customer.

 

CREDIT NOTE

We will happily issue you with a credit note if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase.
If you wish to receive a credit note, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase. You can do this by emailing orders@thislittlelove.com.au, or calling 1300 600 886 within office hours (Mon, Weds-Thurs: 10am-3pm) and quoting your order number.

– Goods must not have been opened, used, or damaged by yourself prior to return.

– For change of mind returns, return postage to This Little Love is at the expense of the customer
– Credit notes are valid for 3 months from date of issue and cannot be replaced if the expiry lapses.

 

REFUND

Please choose carefully, as we are not required to give a refund if you change your mind or make a wrong decision and do not normally do so. However, we will happily provide a refund where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased from our website/at trade fairs.

As quoted from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission: “the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it”.

If you wish to receive a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase. You can do this by emailing orders@thislittlelove.com.au, or calling 1300 600 886 within office hours (Mon, Weds-Thurs: 10am-3pm) and quoting your order number.

– Accepting returned items is at the discretion of This Little Love.
– An administration fee to the value of 10% of your order will be charged to cover our losses if your order is cancelled due to change of mind or wrong decision.

If the 14 day notification period has lapsed, you may forfeit up to 100% of your total order costs if you cancel your order due to change of mind or wrong decision.
